On Site Dialysis – The onsite dialysis center offers the latest in hemodialysis technology in a beautiful, clean, state-of-the-art facility. Staffed by a board-certified nephrologist and caring nursing personnel, the dialysis center at The Pavilion at Piketon provides convenient top quality care for your loved ones. We are one of a select few Nursing facilities in Ohio offering dialysis for ventilator-dependent residents.

Secure Behavioral Unit  – The Pavilion at Piketon Behavioral Unit is a program dedicated to providing intervention for nursing facility residents whose behaviors could be detrimental to themselves or others and who cannot be managed in a traditional long-term care setting. This unit is designed to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for our residents.
